Admissions Timelines
Each program has its own specific application deadlines. For the matriculation schedule and general University admissions-related dates, refer to the admissions timelines page.
Graduation Deadlines
Oct 8
Milestones – Programs finish adding Master’s culminating experience milestones (ex. GCAPCOURSE, GCAPSTONE, etc.) in Student Milestones. The milestone may be marked as “in progress”, “not completed”, “completed”, or the status left blank at this time.
Nov 14
PIC “Signs Off” in Graduation Tracking – Grad (Major/Option/Minor or Dual) PIC Approved or Denied. Programs add a note in Grad Tracking if “Denied."
Jan 5
Fall 2025 Grades Due – Programs run query for missing grades. Inform instructors. PE_SR_GRDTN_INC_FAIL_GRDS_CURR (600, 610, 596 need grades)
Jan 5
Fall 2025 Master Milestone Completion – Programs make sure master’s culminating milestones are updated to “Completed” if the student is graduating. Use this query to check your students’ milestones. PE_SR_G_GRDTN_CULM_MLSTN_ANY
Jan 7
Fall 2025 Doctoral and Master Removals – Doctoral and master’s students removed from graduation if any outstanding grades or problems (includes PIC approvals).
Jan 9
Fall 2025 degrees conferred

Pass doctoral defense (Ph.D., D.Ed., and D.Eng. students only)
Nov 5
Pass final performance (D.M.A. students only)
