Graduate Enrollment Services (GES)

GES includes three teams who focus on admissions, records, and theses and dissertations.

Admissions Team

For general questions unrelated to a specific applicant, email admissions@foxgradschool.psu.edu.

Records Team

For general questions, unrelated to a specific student, create an ECRM case using your Person Account. Select "Other", then "Type-Other", and "Primary Subtype-General Inquiry." For assistance completing this process, please refer to ECRM Desktop Guides.

Office of Theses and Dissertations

For questions on thesis and dissertation deadlines or submissions in the Electronic Theses and Dissertations system, email thesis@foxgradschool.psu.edu.

Office of Graduate Fellowships and Awards Administration (OGFAA)
