Instructions on using Faculty and Program Evaluation
To enable Applicant Ratings in GRADS, the plan should designate an Owner.
- Compile a list of access IDs for all faculty and staff in the program/plan who will be evaluating and rating applicants for admission.
- Establish whether the evaluators want ratings and comments to be anonymous.
- Establish the type of evaluator for each access ID.
- Lead evaluators can mark their feedback as an overall recommendation. Certain privacy settings can be configured to limit the display of others' feedback to lead evaluators only.
- Standard evaluators have general access to rate and comment on applications.
