GCAC-709 Minor - Professional Doctorate

Procedure

1. Minor plans of study are determined by each graduate program.  Consult with your program and handbook for minor requirements.
2. Prior to scheduling the comprehensive examination, a Request to Add a Graduate Minor form should be submitted in the Graduate Request Management System (GRMS).  Complete instructions and the downloadable form are provided in the GRMS. 
   1. The minor must be approved and on the student record prior to requesting the comprehensive examination.
   2. A minor graduate faculty member must be on the student’s doctoral committee.
