Scholar and entrepreneur alumnus to speak at IST commencement
Scholar and entrepreneur C. Frank Igwé, founder and president of Moravia Health, will present the 2025 spring commencement address for the Penn State College of Information Sciences and Technology on May 10 at Pegula Ice Arena. Igwé earned his doctoral degree from the college in 2008.
