Using the Application Fee Form

To pay your application fee by check or money order:

  1. Print the form below and complete a hard copy of it.
  2. Enclose either a personal check or money order with the completed Application Fee Form. Do not send cash. International money order or check must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
  3. Make checks payable to: The Pennsylvania State University.
  4. Mail both your payment and the form to:

    Application Payment Reminders

    • Your application will not be processed until the fee is received.
    • The application fee is nonrefundable.
