Share Events on the Fox Graduate School Calendar
If your organization or unit is hosting an event that is open to all graduate students, you can request to add it to our website calendar. You will do this by creating an event in 25Live and then adding it to the appropriate "resource" in 25Live. Each calendar in 25Live is known as a resource.
Who Can Add Events?
Anyone with a Penn State account can submit an event for consideration.
Event Criteria
The event should be open to all Penn State graduate students from one campus, regardless of discipline, program, or college. Each event submitted will be reviewed by Graduate School staff before being added to the calendar.
How to Add Events to the Graduate School Website Calendar
- Log in to 25Live.
- Click Event Form at the top, then fill out the required fields. This 25Live video explains what some of the fields mean. In the Event Description, please include contact information (name and email) for the event.
- Choose one appropriate Resource for your event. Search the resources for Grad and then pick the calendar that fits your event best. Options include:
- Academic Support events: choose "Calendar - Grad School - Academic Resrce"
- Professional Development events: choose "Calendar - Grad School - Career Develop"
- Graduate Community events: choose "Calendar - Grad School - Community"
- Wellness-related events: choose "Calendar - Grad School - Wellness"
- Click Save at the bottom, and Fox Graduate School staff will be notified that an event is ready to review. If you do not hear back in two business days, please contact Liam Jackson at lnj104@psu.edu for assistance.
