Pennsylvania Department of Education Certification Program

A program that prepares students to obtain Level I Instructional, Supervisory, Educational Specialist, or Administrative Certification issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) upon recommendation of Penn State University. Students with a baccalaureate degree may enroll as graduate students at Penn State to pursue a PDE certification alone or in addition to another credential.
