We're pleased to offer FREE poster printing to all approved exhibitors for the Penn State Graduate Exhibition. To take advantage of this opportunity, posters must be uploaded into our Penn State Box account by March 6, 2020.

Each Poster Exhibitor will have a space that is 4 feet high by 4 feet wide to display their poster. It is recommended that your poster not exceed a height of 46 inches and a width of 46 inches, due to the margins around the posterboards.

All printing needs after the deadline will be coordinated/paid for by your department. If you miss the deadline or need a reprint, you may also contact the HUB Marketing Office or any other large print media vendor.

IMPORTANT:  Review your poster carefully prior to submitting.  Any necessary reprints will be at the student’s/department’s expense.
